Changed Appreciation to Jr High Summer; Fixed sorting of internships such that changes get properly sorted; Added a proper date on news & notices on the home page using the page's update timestamp.

Disabled the internship header edit button because I cannot figure out what I was intending to do with it; Moved the page editor's save button to the upper right corner of the page (may want to move it over the bottom right corner of the screen instead?); Changed the position of the logout icon slightly and gave it a tool tip.

Updated to nearly fully functional. Pre-release 1. Still needs some UI changes in the slideshow and admin pages (move the save button & fix the save detection for the internship list). Customer had one more page change request which I need to re-define and handle.
