Updated site to scale better on small screens; Added clearfix css; Updated shadow feature to use css shadows instead of js/images.

Added code to the admin part of the site - still non-functional. Need to fix JSON streaming over HTTP such that native types (boolean, Date, int) are preserved for the DB; Need to finish the restore functionality & the hide/show of the edit, delete, and restore buttons on each editor page.

Major changes to the database structure: Delete and recreate the whole database (would require too many migrations otherwise). Removed a market, updated some images, added to the AP page, and merged bios.

Merged PetitTeton webapp with the inventory tracking app; Moved the database configuration out of git and added an example configuration; Added migrations to the mix so that we can easily update the production database and roll back changes to the database (from the command line install migrations [may not be necessary?]:

npm install -g sequelize-cli
To update the database after updating the app from git (on the command line in the webapp base directory):
sequelize db:migrate
To undo the last migrations:
sequelize db:migrate:undo

Merged PetitTetonApps with the website now that the deployment server always uses SSL. Used the Apps more recent implementation of NodeJS/Express.
